Questions
We recommend booking 6–8 weeks out for large events. Smaller birthday installs can often be accommodated 2–4 weeks ahead.
We regularly install in Enumclaw & Buckley and can quote travel for nearby cities such as Bonney Lake, Maple Valley, Covington, etc.
Yes! These installs have been supported for the past two years at schools, movie theaters, churches, markets, businesses, and much more. We love any chance we can get to share our POP within the community!
Yes! We'd love to customize your selected POP and can discuss during our first connect.
The install can be moved indoors, or we can discuss rescheduling outdoor installs for another mutually agreed upon date.
We offer air balloons vs. helium for maximum results. We've had balloons last a month or longer, and is another reason we opt for premium balloons because they are more durable and last longer. The length of time that your POP will last, depends on whether they are set-up indoors or outdoors and would be weather dependent (sun/heat exposure, rain and wind are all factors that can affect the length of time the POP will remain intact).
No. We offer premium air-filled POP designs at this time.
We use premium latex balloons for most POPs and we can include specialty balloons such as Mylar and foil balloons with your POP for an additional cost.
Our local delivery fee is applicable within the Enumclaw and Buckley city limits. If your event is located out of these areas, additional delivery fees may apply and/or delivery may be unavailable depending on the distance/availability. Please submit your request with your event address and we'll be happy to confirm availability and pricing.
No. Not all balloon POPs require tear-down. For example, custom garland can easily be taken down by the customer at the end of your event and disposed of.
We understand that plans can change and we will always do our best to work with you when they do. Our full cancellation, rescheduling and refund schedules—including custom installations, POP! Limited Offerings and Grab & Go orders—live on our Terms & Conditions page.
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before your event. POP! Limited Offerings are paid 100% at booking. All prices are before applicable Washington State sales tax.

For indoor installations, yes. Once your booking is confirmed, we will coordinate specific date, time and location and someone will need to be available to provide access to the space and be our point of contact during install. For outdoor installations, as long as we have clear access to the installation area and all details have been confirmed and paid in advance, you do not need to be present for your POP install.
Rental items are typically picked up after your event has finished that evening or the following day, depending on event schedule and venue access. Your pick-up time will be coordinated with you and/or your venue in advance. Please do not dispose of, move, or dismantle any rental items unless specifically instructed to by MoorePOP!. Please note: Additional pick-up fees may apply for events requiring late-night, early-morning, or extended pick-up windows.
